1. Take a step back from all hair products

They are all around you: mousses for more volume in the hair, volumizing shampoos or other products containing ingredients that supposedly create more density in our hair. It sounds tempting, but you should avoid all these products. As the day progresses, these hair products aggravate your hair. And hey, avoiding them also has another benefit: it saves a lot of time every morning.

2. Don't wash your hair too often

It seems great: soaping up your hair with that nice-smelling shampoo day in, day out. But don't do it! Two or three times a week is enough. Washing too often will cause the natural oils that sebaceous glands produce to struggle.

3. Warm water is key
